Week 1–2Measured drawings of your actual site. Layout options that solve storage, light and flow before a single finish is discussed.

Concept & 3D
Week 2–4Mood boards, material palettes and photo-real 3D views of your key rooms. We revise until you stop finding things to change.
You get: 3D views + material board + BOQ

Material Selection
Week 4–5A studio session with real samples — laminates, veneers, stones, fabrics, hardware. Brands named in writing, costs locked.
You get: signed specification + final quote

Factory & Execution
Week 5–11Modules cut in our factory while civil work runs on site. Weekly photo updates and a site engineer on call.
You get: weekly reports + milestone billing

Styling & Handover
Week 12Deep clean, art, plants, soft styling — then a walkthrough with a snag-list we close before keys, not after.
You get: handover file + 5-yr warranty card

We do — at our negotiated rates, with brands named in your signed specification. You’re welcome to audit any invoice. If you’d rather supply specific items (a family stone, imported fittings), we integrate them happily.
Yes, when it matters to you. We treat vastu preferences as design inputs from day one — kitchen direction, pooja placement, entrances — rather than awkward last-minute corrections.
All factory-made modular work: kitchens, wardrobes, storage and panelling — covering delamination, hardware failure and alignment. Loose furniture and appliances carry their manufacturer warranties.
Renovations with families in residence are our specialty. We sequence room by room, seal work zones for dust, and plan noisy work around your routine.
