Projects & Build · The HusbandCivil engineer turned builder of beautiful things. Vikram runs the factory, the site and the schedule — the reason handovers happen on time.

What started in a 2 BHK in Madhapur in 2014 is now a full design-and-build practice with its own modular factory, a tight in-house team, and over 250 homes delivered across Hyderabad and beyond.

Light, ventilation and storage are solved first. Beauty that doesn't work daily is just clutter in disguise.

The committed date
A handover date in the contract, tracked in weekly updates with photos. Delays are our problem, not yours.
